Ronni Burns is a seasoned communication expert with over 17 years of experience in senior
roles at Citigroup, including Senior Vice President and Global Spokesperson. She is a passionate
educator, teaching management communications at NYU's Stern School of Business since 2010
and having taught at Wharton, Smith School of Business, and internationally in India, China, and
Europe. A skilled consultant and coach, Ronni helps clients like GE, HP, and Marriott improve
their communication strategies, focusing on simplifying complex concepts. As a sought-after
speaker, she has delivered workshops across the globe on presentation skills and consultative
selling. Ronni is also a Certified Professional Coach, an advocate for the formerly incarcerated,
